W. Lynn. Chantale
Interracial and Multicultural New Releases
W. Lynn Chantale resides in southeastern Michigan. Writing has been a passion for as long as she can remembered. Given an ultimatum of either getting published or giving up writing. W. Lynn chose to get published and has never looked back.
Married to her high school sweetheart and romantic heartthrob, they’ve been together for the last twenty years. She has a mad affinity for milk chocolate, preferably Dove chocolate truffles or the caramel-filled squares (Godiva is acceptable), and plays the bass guitar when the Muse begs for a bit of distraction.
She loves to hear from readers. Please visit her cyberhome.
Kassanna is a strong believer in love at first sight and happily ever afters. After meeting her husband in November and marrying him three months later in February the two have survived and mostly enjoyed every adventure life has thrown their way. Ten years, two children, a couple of dogs and a wild turkey that came out the woods and somehow adopted them – later- the adventure continues.
Writing has always been her passion but fate sometimes has other roads that must first be taken . Navigating the road less traveled was not only unexpected but in the end extremely rewarding. Her books are mainly contemporary romance but she has delved into the paranormal and plans on expanding into other areas as the ideas come to her. Right now she is enjoying life and seeing her work come into fruition make it that much more pleasurable especially when her books make others smile. Kassanna wouldn’t have it any other way.
Janet Eckford – Thursday Thoughts
Like most great superheroes (or super-villains, depending on who’s telling the story) I live a double life. By day I’m a mild-mannered crusader for justice (or nefarious deeds, depending on who’s telling the story) and by night an indestructible creator of prose (or pathological liar, depending on who’s telling the story) while munching on my favorite cookies—oatmeal raisin. A native West Coaster who hails from the sunny state of California I have loved the romance genre ever since I convinced my dad it was required reading when I was eleven. I believe love shouldn’t have a color code and strive to create stories that represent that belief.
Author’s Hot Spot (Tuesday)
Being smart and sassy with a great sense of humor comes easily for Mahalia Levey. An avid reader of books, she found herself enchanted with disappearing completely into the worlds authors created. One day she vowed to herself she’d be one of them. Then family life came, and college right after. Swayed from her childhood course of action, it took many years for her to get back to that place she held dear as a child. Now she is running full steam ahead to keep up with the many ideas flowing freely. She plans on taking her work to higher levels and expanding her genres. Her main focus is giving her readers variety. Her works in progress include paranormal, fantasy and mainstream romance. Taking characters and watching them grow past what she’s imagined is her true passion. Coming from a alternative lifestyle background, not only does she understand the different dynamics in family life, but aslo with being interracial herself, and living in a multicultural family. Dedicating time to IRMC is a great way at keeping in with her roots.
Born from the union of her Scottish and Belgian mother and an African American and Cherokee father, a.c.Mason’s youth was filled with dichotomies and moving from place to place. She developed a curiosity to explore through writing the seedy side of our nature and desires. Add to that her fascination with theology, politics, history, horror, and erotica. And voila, her distinct voice surfaced; described as a unique mélange of complex characters, well-crafted suspense, and mesmerizing visceral erotica. Her stories are the place where darkness meets human desire and fairytales endings are not promised but earned. Oh and does she ever love to leave her readers pondering about what will happen next… or in the next book…
Mason is fluent in French and English. She’s an avid traveler, including most of Canada, both of the United States seaboards, England and Europe.
She searched high and low for a web home for authors and readers like her that wanted Interracial and Multicultural Books. A place where readers, authors, and publishers could share there their love for Interracial and Multicultural Books. She came across a places for readers and some for writers, but wanted a hub for us all. Sure of only one fact, she couldn’t be the only one seeking this unified home she put out a call to her fellow writers. Mahalia Levey and Ambrielle Kirk answered that call and joined forced with her. Interracial and Multicultural Books was born from the passion of these three women.
